SHIPPING:
You can choose between two ways of shipping:
EMS:
Fast (about 5 days) but expensive.
Tracking on the internet is available.
Economy airmail (SAL):
Slow (from 3 to 6 weeks, delivery depends on your local post) but cheap.
Internet tracking is not available.
Economy airmail packages are divided in "small packets" and "packets".
When confirming you order we will tell you whether it is a small packet or a packet.
All of our packages, without exception, are registered (that means that they are insured).

NB: shipping charges including registered mail charges and handling fee.
Economy mail (SAL): registered mail fee, which cost 410 yens, are included in our shipping rates. EMS is already registered.
Never buy on Internet without registered mail.
NB: Economy airmail for printed matter (books, etc.) is possible up to 5 kgs.
Maximum is 2 kgs for other items. If you order more than 2 kgs, we
will ship in several packages. Therefore an item weighting more than
2 kilos can't be shipped by economy airmail.

INSURANCE:
All packages are insured up to 10'000 yens (for economy airmail) or 20'000 yens (for EMS). You can buy an insurance for more expensive items at a rate of about 1% of their value.
SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATION:
Shipping costs depend on package weight but also it size. Amounts indicated hereabove are those to Europe and North America. They are only an estimation. We take great care in updating our items database but it can happen that weight is different at time of shipping. We reserve our right to ask you extra shipping costs (if package is more heavy) or to pay back shipping costs in excess (if package is lighter). Weight is not based only on items weight but on packaging weight too. We prefer to send heavier packages but well protected, than packages badly protected which will be damaged during shipping. We don't send in envelopes.
CUSTOMS:
You can have to pay customs fees and VAT when you get your package in your country. We can't tell you whether you will have to pay them or not. We neither can influence or predict anything about your country customs policies. Customs fee and VAT are to be paid by you. Anyway, low value packages are usually free of taxes.
All items sold on our website are legally on sale in Japan. It is
anyway up to you to check if the items you order are authorized in your
country. We are not liable if customs confiscate an item.
RETURN:
We take back only items with an original default and of course items sent to you by mistake. If possible don't open original item packages. Depending on the case, we will reimburse you or provide a new item. When it comes about limited release items, it often won't be possible to send you a new item. If you think an item from your order needs to be replaced, contact us within 7 days after you receive the package.
We don't take back games, DVDs or other items which you can't use because of compatibility problems. All our products are original Japanese items. Check whether you can use them before ordering.
Moreover, it is up to you to think about the interest of an item. If necessary, ask us questions or do your own research about the item on the internet before ordering. |
